Through innovative programs and positive relationships, CND empowers individuals to achieve their potential.  

At CND, we change lives and change communities. Our staff work every day to accomplish this mission whether working with adults in our treatment program, young adults in our violence intervention program, or youth in our prevention program.  Consider our after-school program as an example of our impact: when 160 kids receive supervised, educational programming after school, complete with a hot meal, it improves our community because these children are not going home hungry to empty houses, or getting involved in gangs or drugs.
