RIMHCO’s 2026 Refugee & Immigrant Mental Health Workshops
Registration is now LIVE for our 2026 Annual Refugee and Immigrant Mental Health Training!
Date: Thursday April 23rd from 2:30-6:00pm (In-person only)
Location: Columbus Metropolitan Library (Main Branch | 96 S. Grant Avenue, Columbus OH)
Refugees and immigrants are experiencing unprecedented isolation, distress, and fear, and at the same time, organizations are losing the funding needed to support these vulnerable communities. We urgently need professionals who are informed, prepared, and willing to step into this gap--alongside stronger collaboration and sustained investment to ensure these communities receive the support they deserve. This event is RIMHCO's most comprehensive, FREE training of the year!

The BSBB trainings infuse culture and diversity throughout foundational workshops on suicide prevention and mental health. Community members learn to act as eyes and ears for mental health and suicidal distress, and to connect individuals to help or support.
